These instructions must only be used by a qualified installer/service technician. Read these instructions
completely before beginning the installation. Failure to follow all instructions can cause severe personal
injury, death or substantial property damage.
Do NOT exhaust flue gases through the condensate tube, it is not rated for boiler or furnace flue gases.
Operating the condensate tube as an exhaust vent can cause injury or death from carbon monoxide.
Application: Condensing boilers and furnaces.

Instructions:
Step 1 Turn off electrical power to the boiler or furnace.
Step 2 Turn off main manual gas shutoff to the boiler or furnace.
Step 3 If you are using this kit to replace an existing condensate drain line, detach the existing condensate line from the
boiler or furnace connection.
Step 4 Connect plastic tubes or PVC piping from boiler or furnace condensate trap outlet to either one of the two
neutralizer side inlets. Insert the 1/2 NPT Plug in the remaining neutralizer inlet. Connect the neutralizer end
outlet to floor drain or condensate pump, making sure the drain line runs level or continuously downhill. Drain
line must not be higher than the tee at jacket.
