7.1 Obtaining Factory Service
Welch Allyn provides service for all its products through a
service center located at its manufacturing facilities in
Skaneateles, New York. To obtain warranty or non–warranty
service, return the unit to Welch Allyn (postage paid) with a
copy of the dated purchase record attached.
In the United States, please contact the Welch Allyn Product
Service Department at the address/telephone number listed
below to obtain a Return Material Authorization number
(RMA #).
