commercial environments, WellnessMats can condently stand behind this guarantee. As the manufacturer located in the United States, we do comply with all
stringent U.S. regulaons. With our proprietary “Advanced Polyurethane Technology” (APT), WellnessMats are free of Formaldehyde, Heavy Metals, PVC’s, Latex,
Plascizers, Phthalate, or any other llers. When used in a residenal seng, this allows us to warrant every WellnessMat against any defects in materials and
workmanship for 20 years, with great pride.
As a part of the 20-Year Manufacturer’s Warranty, WellnessMats also includes a 7-Year Performance Warranty, which specically calls out:

Products, Benets and Care
Replacement Coverage - If a WellnessMat is found to be defecve as per the warranty, a full replacement mat or allowance toward another mat will be
oered. WellnessMats reserves the right to determine if a mat is considered warranted, normal wear and tear, or other.
Accidental Replacement Coverage - Every WellnessMat comes with an Accidental Replacement Allowance. If your mat has been accidentally damaged
and not covered under the 20-Year Manufacturer’s Warranty, a replacement allowance will be available towards the cost of a new WellnessMat. Contact your
Retailer or WellnessMats Customer Service Department for more informaon.
Maintenance and Cleaning - Designed to provide comfort and well-being, WellnessMats require lile to no special care. Most spills can easily be cleaned
with warm water and a towel or mop. For more dicult stains, mild soap and water are recommended. It can be spot cleaned, swept, or sck vacuumed (non-
brushrolled) as needed. WellnessMats recommends that you always test our products with any chemicals to be used. A free test sample is available upon request.
Product Overview and Guidelines - With over 20 years of experience producing polyurethane products, WellnessMats are manufactured with the
highest standards possible. Many of the Collecons feature our exclusive “Dye and Wash” nishes. Each of these mats are hand washed, which makes no two
mats exactly the same. While very similar, a slight variance between mats of the same dye may occur. With normal wear, these nishes may fade over me.
WellnessMats are sealed on both top and boom, making them water resistant. It is important that care is taken to ensure a oor is completely dry before a
WellnessMat is put in place. To help prevent mat movement, periodically clean the boom of your WellnessMat. Any oor cover may create color dierenals to
the oor when exposed to elements such as sunlight, humidity, and other environmental condions. To help prevent any oor color variances, it is recommended
that you li and clean under your WellnessMat every two weeks. Although extremely rare, our company research has discovered that some types of ooring that
contain raw materials such as linseed oil may have a tendency to slightly discolor when covered. Similar results may occur with oors that may be sealed with
non-urethane based sealers. WellnessMats, LLC is not responsible for any reacon between our products and oors. It is our recommendaon that customers
contact their oor supplier to learn more about their nish, or request a sample mat for tesng. Wearing small heeled shoes on WellnessMats is discouraged, and
