These servicing instructions are intended for use by qualified technical personnel only.

CHASSIS ELECTRICAL COMPONENTS

A. Access

Remove RIGHT SIDE PANEL

Remove LOWER FRONT PANEL then UPPER FRONT PANEL.

Note wiring connections to control panel, switches and indicators.

Disconnect wiring and set upper front panel aside.

B. Components

Note location of wiring connections, then disconnect wires from

component. Detach component from chassis.

Reassemble in reverse order

Allow fryer to cool. Be sure all

pressure is relieved before

proceeding.

TOOLS REQUIRED:

#2 Phillips Screwdriver

Flat blade screwdriver

Container to hold fasteners
