INTRODUCTION Thanks for purchasing the WEN Clamping Sawhorse. We know you are excited to put your tool to work, but first, please take a moment to read through the manual. Safe operation of this tool requires that you read and understand this operator’s manual and all the labels affixed to the tool. This manual provides information regarding potential safety concerns, as well as helpful assembly and operating instructions for your tool. SAFETY ALERT SYMBOL: Indicates danger, warning, or caution.

KNOW YOUR CLAMPING SAWHORSE TOOL PURPOSE Clamp, rip, bend, and shape with ease using your clamping sawhorse. Refer to the following diagrams to become familiarized with all the parts of your clamping sawhorse. The components will be referred to later in the manual for assembly and operation instructions.
ASSEMBLY & ADJUSTMENTS ASSEMBLING THE CLAMPING SAWHORSE Fig. 1 1. Fit the rear carry handle (Fig. 1 - 1) into the welded bracket and fasten the handle into position with the bolt and locking knob. SETTING UP THE CLAMPING SAWHORSE 1. Position the clamping sawhorsee upside down, loosen the back leg lock knob (Fig. 2 - 1), and slide the back leg (Fig. 2 - 2) out from its stored position. Flip the back leg out and slide it into the secure open position. Retighten the back leg lock knob. 2.
OPERATION CLAMPING 1. Place the workpiece against the fixed jaw pad (Fig. 6 - 1). 2. Slide the moving jaw (Fig. 6 - 2) up against the workpiece. The moving jaw can be moved by hand or by using the foot pedal (Fig. 7 - 1). Fig. 6 1 2 3. Engage the pawl by sliding the lock / unlock switch (Fig. 8 - 1) to the LOCK position. 4. OPERATION NOTES CONTINUED: • To clamp a workpiece 22.5 in. - 40 in. in size, re-position the moving jaw in reverse and unscrew the moving jaw handle. Do not try to clamp large, uneven workpieces that may force the moving jaw to bend/warp as it clamps. The workpiece should sit level on the top surface between the jaws (Fig. 9). • To clamp a workpiece between 16.5 in. - 22.5 in. in size, re-position the moving jaw in reverse, unscrew the moving jaw handle, and place a piece of scrap wood (Fig.
MAINTENANCE ROUTINE INSPECTION Before each use, inspect the tool. If any of these following conditions exist, do not use until parts are replaced. Check for: • Loose hardware or improper mounting • Misalignment • Cracked or broken parts • Any other condition that may affect its safe operation CAUTION! Most plastics are susceptible to damage from various types of commercial solvents. Do not use any cleaning products that could damage plastic parts.
