7 Instruction:
The crimping plier must be in correct and cleaned
condition before starting work.
Remove crimping residues from cheeks and plier after
each crimping.
Protect the angles from dirt and grease them regularly
with light machine oil.
8 Cutting and Stripping:
If a cutter and stripper is included, cut cables by putting it
into the plier from the labeled site up to the right length
and compress the plier until opening automatically.
To strip a cable, put it into the plier angularly from the
labeled site up to the 6 mm dead stop and compress it
completely. To strip 12 mm, put the cable through
completely.
9 Crimping:
1. Compress the plier completely to open it or unlock the
security lock.
2. Select the tting crimp terminals for your cable diameter.
3. Put in the cable with cable end sleeve sidewise into the
plier.
4. Compress the plier until it is completely closed.
(models 11951, 77124, 77138, 77272 and 77126) or
until the last ratch step is reached and it opens automati-
cally.
5. Remove the crimped and nished cable from the
crimping plier.
10 Care, Maintenance, Storage and Transport:
Clean the product only with a dry, soft cloth. Be careful
with cleaning to avoid scratches. For intensive staining
you can damp the cloth with some water. Do not use
cleaning supplies and chemicals, because they can
corrode the plastic material.
Remove residues with a small knife carefully.
Store your product in a dry and dustproof surround when
not used for longer time. The product must be stored
impenetrable for children.
Retain the packaging to avoid damages during transport.
