HOW TO ADJUST THE SEAT POST
For effective exercise, the seat should be at the prop-
er height. As you pedal, there should be a slight bend
in your knees when the pedals are in the lowest posi-
tion.
To adjust the height of the seat, first loosen the lock
knob and the seat post knob. Next, pull the seat post
knob and slide the seat post upward or downward to
the desired height. Next, release the seat post knob
into one of the adjustment holes in the seat post.
Then, tighten the seat post knob and the lock knob.
Make sure that the seat post knob is inserted into
one of the adjustment holes in the seat post.
HOW TO ADJUST THE SEAT CARRIAGE
To adjust the position of the seat carriage, first loosen
the seat carriage knob. Move the seat carriage for-
ward or backward to the desired position, and then
firmly tighten the seat carriage knob.
HOW TO ADJUST THE SEAT
You can adjust the angle and position of the seat to the
position that is most comfortable. The correct angle for
your seat is a matter of personal preference. Begin by
adjusting the seat so that the top of the seat is parallel
to the ground. Tip: It may be helpful to use a level
when you adjust the angle of the seat.
To adjust the seat, loosen the nuts on the seat clamp a
few turns, tilt the seat upward or downward to the
d
esired position, and then retighten the nuts.
HOW TO ADJUST THE UPRIGHT
To adjust the position of the upright, first loosen the
lock knob and the upright knob. Next, pull the upright
knob and move the upright upward or downward to
the desired position. Next, release the upright knob
into one of the adjustment holes in the upright. Then,
tighten the upright knob and the lock knob.
HOW TO ADJUST THE HANDLEBAR
To adjust the angle of the handlebar, first loosen the
handlebar knob. Rotate the handlebar to the desired
position and then tighten the handlebar knob.
HOW TO ADJUST THE PEDALING RESISTANCE
To increase the resistance of the pedals, turn the
resistance knob clockwise; to decrease the resistance,
turn the resistance knob counterclockwise. IMPOR-
TANT: Stop turning the resistance knob when turn-
ing becomes difficult, or you may damage the
exercise cycle.
HOW TO LEVEL THE EXERCISE CYCLE
If the exercise cycle rocks slightly on your floor during
use, turn one or both of the leveling caps on the rear
stabilizer until the rocking motion is eliminated.
