BREWED COFFEE-STYLE DRINKS
CAFÉ AU LAIT
2 cup Water
2 cup Milk
2 heaping tsp. Instant coffee
4 tsp. Sugar (optional)
Ground cinnamon or nutmeg (optional)
Sprinkle nutmeg or ground cinnamon
on top.
CAFÉ MOCHA
2 cup Water
2 cup Milk
2 heaping tsp. Instant coffee
¼ cup plus 2 tbsp. Chocolate syrup (or
2 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder and
¼ cup sugar)
Chocolate shavings (optional)
Sprinkle chocolate shavings on top.
CHOCOLATE & CREAM COFFEE
3 cups Water
¾ cup Heavy cream
1 heaping tbsp. Instant coffee
¼ cup plus 2 tbsp. Chocolate syrup (or
2½ tbsp. Unsweetened cocoa powder
mix, and ¼ cup plus 2 tbsp. sugar)
Cinnamon
Whipping cream
Top with a dollop of whipping cream
and chocolate powder or cinnamon.
SPICED CREAM COFFEE
3 cups Water
1 cup Heavy cream
1 heaping tbsp. Instant coffee
2 tbsp. White or brown sugar
1½ tsp. Ground cinnamon
½ tsp. Ground nutmeg
Whipping cream
Top with a dollop of whipping cream.
VANILLA & CREAM COFFEE
2¼ cups Water
¾ cup Milk
¾ cup Heavy cream
2½ heaping tsp. Instant coffee
2¼ tbsp. Vanilla
1 tbsp. Sugar
For Cinnamon-Vanilla and Cream
Coffee, add ¾ tsp. of ground
cinnamon.
ORANGE COFFEE
2 cup Water
2 cup Milk
2 heaping tsp. Instant coffee
4 Orange slices
¼ cup plus 2 tbsp. Chocolate syrup (or
2 tbsp. cocoa powder and ¼ cup sugar)
Whipping cream
Cinnamon (optional)
Place 1 orange slice at the bottom of
each mug. Pour the drink into the mug
over the orange slice. Top with
whipping cream and garnish with
cinnamon.
MEXICAN COFFEE
2 cup Water
2 cup Milk
2 heaping tsp. Instant coffee
1 tsp. Ground cinnamon
½ tsp. Ground nutmeg
¼ cup Chocolate syrup (or 4 tsp. Cocoa
powder and ¼ cup sugar)
2 tbsp. Vanilla
Whipping cream
Nutmeg or cinnamon (optional)
Top with a dollop of whipping cream
and sprinkle on nutmeg and cinnamon.
COFFEE FLOAT
2 cup Water
⅔ cup Cream
2½ heaping tsp. Instant coffee
2 tsp. Sugar
Vanilla or coffee flavored ice cream
Add one scoop of ice cream to each
mug. Pour the drink into the mug over
the ice cream.
