Important Safety Instructions:

• For safety purposes, this lamp is equipped with a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other). If the

plug does not  t securely into your outlet, do not force it-contact a professional electrician. Use the plug

with an extension cord only if it can be fully inserted into the cord’s socket. Never alter the plug in any way.

• The instruction is provided for your safety. It is important that they are read carefully and completely before

assembling  xture.

• This  xture has been rated for up to 60 Watt TYPE A standard incandescent light bulb (not included) or 13-

watt compact  uorescent bulb (included). To avoid the risk of  re, do not exceed the recommended wattage.

• Save this instruction.

WARNING:

• To reduce the risk of  re, electrical shock or personal injury, always turn o light  xture and unplug, allow-

ing it to cool prior to replacing light bulb.

• Do not touch bulb when  xture is turned on.

• Do not look directly at lit bulb. Keep  ammable materials away from lit bulb.

Pre-assembly:

•Remove all parts and hardware from box along

with any plastic protective packaging. Do not

discard any contents until after assembly is

complete to avoid accidentally discarding small

parts or hardware.

To Assemble: 1. Insert the Top Tube (A) through the holes in the Pivots (D) of both the Assembled Arms (B). 2. Attached the Bottom Tube (F) onto the end of Top Tube (A) and turn the Bottom Tube (F) in a clockwise direction to tighten. 3. Attach the Lamp Base (G) onto the end of Bottom Tube (F) and turn the Lamp Base (G) in a clockwise direction to tighten. 4. Attach the both Handgrips (E) onto the end of Assembled Arms (B) and turn the Handgrips (E) in a clockwise direction to tighten. 5.

Pour l’assemblage: 1. Insérez le tube du haut (A) dans les trous des pivots (D) des deux bras assemblés (B). 2. Attachez le tube du bas (F) sur l’extrémité du tube du haut (A) puis tournez le tube du bas (F) dans le sens des aiguilles d’une montre pour le fixer. 3. Attachez la base de la lampe (G) sur l’extrémité du tube du bas (F) puis tournez la base de la lampe (G) dans le sens des aiguilles d’une montre pour le fixer. 4.
