2.2 Keypad

As shown in the figure below, there are 12-Dial Buttons and 10-Function

Buttons in this phone.

2.2.1 DND/MUTE

DND/MUTE

- Use this button to set the [DND(Do Not

Disturb)] function to the on/off position. The

DND function prohibits incoming calls when the

phone is in the idle-state. (Reference 3.8)

- Use this button to set the [MUTE] function to

the on/off position. The Mute function prohibits

all sound from being transmitted to the calling

party through the handset or microphone

during a conversation.
