Problems Remedy
No display of the phone at all.
-Check and see if the power supply is
connected properly and in a good manner.
- Check if power switch is turned on.
Mal-operation while in use or no
operation
- Turn off and on of the power switch at the
backside of the phone and if the same
symptom occurs, contact the service center.
“No Service” is displayed on the
screen
-Wait for 2 minutes after the power is turned on.
- Move the phone to another location.
- Adjust the antennas direction.
No voice from the handset
-Check the connection cable between the
phone and handset.
- Adjust the speaker volume or handset volume
A caller is able to hear called party,
but a called party is unable to hear
the voice of a calling party
- Check the connection cable between the
phone and handset.
The phone does not ring when a
call is received.
- Adjust the ringer volume.
Long distance call or the overseas
call does not work
- Check the menu setup.
Voice call works but Data Service
does not work
- Check the PC setup in Data Service Manual.
