4. Type ]P N and press [Enter] (where "N" is the Circuit
Module selected for Monitor Mode setup). When the
Circuit Parameters Screen appears (Figure 5.1), type 7 and
press [Enter] to enable the Monitor Mode. The screen will
display the following seven additional prompts (items 8
through 14):

It is not necessary to repeat this step for each
Circuit Module that will be switched.

When the ]P command is invoked, make certain to
specify the Circuit Module that was selected in
Section 5.3, Step 1. For example, to use Circuit
Module 3 for Monitor Mode setup, type ]P 3
[Enter].

The Circuit Module used for Monitor Mode setup
must be properly installed, and the Monitor Jumper
on the Circuit Module's card must be present (see
Section 3.4).
