Install and use this product following your local electrical codes and regulations.
For easy and safe installation:
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Turn off power at fuse or circuit breaker box.
2. If the lighting fixture is mounted to a ceiling outlet box, the box must be supported directly by the building
structure and be capable of supporting up to 50 lbs.
3. For older installations with
3
⁄8”-IP (
5
⁄8” O.D. x
1
⁄2” I.D.) nipple at the ceiling box, screw the
5
⁄8” inside diameter
locknut on this nipple. Then tighten the hickey on this existing nipple against the locknut.
4. For more modern installations mount the crossbar on the ceiling box, with the raised portion pointing into the
ceiling box, using the two
1
⁄2” screws and the slots provided.
5. Screw the 1
1
⁄2” long nipple either into the lower end of the hickey or into the center hole of the crossbar.
Run the
1
⁄2” locknut on the nipple either against the crossbar or the hickey.
6. Slip the canopy over the nipple. Screw the loop onto the nipple then screw the collar ring nut onto the loop.
This should hold the canopy snug against the ceiling. Adjust the nipple, if required, then tighten all locknuts.
7. Securely hang the fixture to the loop following the manufacturer’s instructions. Unscrew collar ring. Allow the
collar ring and canopy to fall down over the fixture chain. Connect fixture wires matching insulation colors and
connect the marked or ribbed conductor to the white supply conductor. Use wire connectors (Fig. 1).

Instale y use este producto siguiendo los códigos y reglamentos de electricidad locales.
Para instalación fácil y segura:
INSTRUCCIONES
1. Apague la corriente eléctrica en la caja de fusibles o corta-circuitos.
2. Si el adorno esta montado a la caja de tomacorriente del techo la caja debe estar sujeta directamente por la
estructura del edificio y ser capaz de aguantar hasta 50 lbs.
3. Para instalaciónes anticuadas con tubito de
3
⁄8”-IP (
5
⁄8” OD x
1
⁄2” ID) en la caja de empalme, tornille la tuerca
de seguridad de diámetro interno de 1,59 cm (
5
⁄8”) en este tubito. Entonces apriete la instalación con rosca en
el tubito existente contra la tuerca de seguridad.
4. Para instalaciónes modernas monte la tranca en la caja de empalme, con la porción sobresaliente apuntando
a la caja de empalme, usando los dos tornillos de 1,27 cm (
1
⁄2”) y las ranuras provistas.
5. Tornille el tubito de 3,81 cm (1
1
⁄2”) de largo o dentro del lado inferior de la instalación con rosca o dentro del
hueco del centro de la tranca. Corra la tuerca de seguridad de 1,27 cm (
1
⁄2”) en el tubito o contra el tubito o la
instalación con rosca.
6. Deslize el dosel sobre el tubito. Atornille el lazo en el tubito entonces atornille la tuerca del anillo del cuello al
lazado. Esto debe sostener el dosel bien apretado contra el techo. Ajuste el tubito si se requiere entonces
apriete todas las tuercas de seguridad.
7. Bien sujeto cuelge el adorno al lazado siguiendo las instrucciones del fabricante. Destornille el anillo con rosca.
Permita que el anillo de rosca y el dosel caigan sobre la cadena del adorno. Conecte los cables del adorno
combinando los colores del aislamiento conectando el conductor marcado o en canale al conductor blanco de
abastecimiento. Use los conectores de cables (Fig. 1).
