This Westinghouse Fan offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty to the original owner against defects in
material and workmanship. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied.
Westinghouse Lighting Corporation will repair or replace the parts needed, and/or, replace the ceiling
fan, if defective due to faulty materials or workmanship.
Years 1 & 2 – Westinghouse Lighting Corporation will repair or replace this ceiling fan.
After Year 2 – Warranty is limited to the motor.
This warranty does not apply to any product tted with parts or accessories not authorized by
Westinghouse Lighting Corporation, any glass supplied with this product, light bulbs, damages caused
through abuse, accident, improper installation, surges in electric current, acts of third parties, or
deterioration of nishes or parts due to time or exposure to salt air.
This warranty does not cover the cost of removing and/or re-installing the fan.
In no event shall Westinghouse Lighting Co. be liable for consequential or incidental damages. Some
states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of consequential or incidental damages so these limitations
may not apply to you.
To submit an inquiry or warranty claim please contact our Customer Service Center using the mailing
address or website below making sure to identify the model number, the date and place you purchased
the item, and a description of the part needed (as shown in the Owner’s Manual). Westinghouse Lighting
Corporation, at its option, shall repair or replace the fan. If the item is discontinued or the parts are
unavailable, Westinghouse Lighting Corporation will offer a replacement fan of comparable value.
