Indicator lights
Button LOCK Comes on when the button lock function is active.
Rinse Aid Comes on when it is necessary to fill the rinse aid container. Refer
to 'Use of rinse aid'.
The indicator light is off while a washing program operates.
Digital display
The display shows:
program duration,
remaining time to the end of the program,
end of a washing program,
number of hours in delay start,
fault codes,
Button Lock function. The digital display
shows CL when this function is active.
Delay start button
Use the delay start button to delay the start
of the washing program with an interval be-
tween 1 and 19 hours. Refer to 'Select and
start a washing program'.
Button lock
The button lock function locks all buttons on
the control panel while the washing program
is in operation.
The Button Lock function can be set only
after a washing programme starts. It is
not possible to set this function with the
delay start.
Follow these steps to set the Button lock
function:
1. Switch on the appliance.
2. Set a washing program.
3. Press the Start button to start the wash-
ing program.
4. To activate the button lock function,
press the Start button for approximately
5 seconds, or until the Button lock indi-
cator light flashes.
5. Button lock indicator light flashes for ap-
proximately 15 seconds.
6. When the Button lock function is active
the indicator light is on with a static light.
If you press a button while Button Lock func-
tion is on, an audible signal indicates that
buttons are locked.
At the end of a washing program the Button
