LCD also features a backlit lamp that will illuminate:

 When a user action is detected (a button is pressed)

 The display has timed out for approximately 2 minutes

C. START-UP SEQUENCE

After the water heater is powered ON, the LCD display shows a sequence of information. The icons will flash, followed by various

indicators that describe the water heater controller and software versions. It will take the water heater roughly 15 seconds to cycle

through the Start-Up Sequence.
