CARE AND CLEANING TROUBLESHOOTING Care and cleaning Clean the appliance after each use. Always use cookware with clean bottom. PROBLEM POSSIBLE CAUSE AND REMEDY REMEDY You cannot activate or operate the hob. The hob is not connected to an electrical supply or it is connected incorrectly.
