INSTALLING WHEELS AND FEET
BEFORE ASSEMBLING THE PRESSURE
WASHER REVIEW THE SAFETY

CAUTION
Never lift the pressure washer without
assistance. The pressure washer is
heavy and lifting without assistance
could result in personal injury.
Never use the handles as a lifting point
to support the entire weight of the
pressure washer. Only use the handles
to move the pressure washer by lifting
the handles and using the wheels to
move the pressure washer.
Use caution when collapsing the
handles. Hands and ngers could get
caught and pinched.
NOTICE
Assembling the pressure washer will require tipping
the unit. Make sure all engine oil and fuel are drained
from the unit prior to assembling.
Once assembled, the wheels are not intended for
on-road use. The wheels are designed for use on this
pressure washer only.
Never tip the pressure washer after it has been fully
assembled and lled with oil and fuel.
INSTALLING HANDLE TO FRAME
1. Place Handle over snap pin.
2. Install handle to frame via snap pin by pushing in
the pin & pressing down on handle until you hear a
“snap” to lock in to place, as shown below.
SPRAY GUN HOLDER
1. Attach spray gun holder included to the frame with
bolts provided.
INSERTING SPRAY NOZZLES
1. Insert colored nozzles included into corresponding
holder at the top of the pressure washer.
WAND ASSEMBLY
1. Connect the spray lance to the spray gun and turn
the tting counterclockwise to tighten. Do not over-
tighten. The tting only needs to be hand-tight.
2. Install the high-pressure hose to the spray gun and
tighten the hose tting. Do not over-tighten. The
tting only needs to be hand-tight.
HOSE ASSEMBLY
1. Locate the high pressure outlet tting on the pump
at the bottom of the unit.
2. Inspect the O-rings on both sides of the high
pressure hose. Moisten the O-rings with water.
3. Connect the high pressure hose to high pressure
outlet. Connect other end to spray wand.

4. Attach clear siphon tube to the barbed inlet on the
back of chemical/soap tank.
5. Attach the other end of the clear siphon tube to the
barbed inlet on the pump.

INSTALLING NOZZLE
1. Select desired nozzle for application. Lock spray
gun.
2. Pull back collar at the end of the spray lance and
insert the nozzle. Tug on the nozzle to make sure it
is securely in place.
