In-the wall Models
1. Measure the back of your unit or cut a template from scrap paper to those measurements, or in most cases, you can also use the
plastic toilet paper holder against the wall as a template. Place the template on the wall and trace around it with a pencil.
2. Use a stud finder to locate where the studs are in your wall. You’ll want your product to go between them. Use a drill to drill a
hole in each corner of the rectangle, then insert a drywall saw into each drilled hole and cut to the next one.
3. Using construction adhesive(such as Liquid Nails® Brand) found at any hardware store, apply a small bead all the way around the
outer edge of the back of the plastic toilet paper moldings .
4. Insert the plastic toilet paper holder into the hole and press it into place.
5. If desired, place a very thin bead of painter’s caulk around the outer edge to fill any small gaps due to uneven wall surfaces.
