MAXIMUM RECOMMENDED WEIGHT LOADS MAXIMUM LOAD: 30 LBS. (13.6 KG) This unit is intended for use only with the maximum weights indicated. Use with products heavier than the maximum weights indicated may result in instability causing possible injury. WARNING Serious or fatal crushing injuries can occur from furniture tip-over. To help prevent tip-over: Place heaviest items in the lowest drawer, shelf. z Do not set TVs or other heaviest objects on the top of this product.

CAM LOCK SYSTEM OPERATION HOW THE KD ASSEMBLY SYSTEM WORKS 1. 2. 3. 4. Screw Cam Bolt into the pre-drilled small holes on panel. Insert Cam Lock into pre-drilled hole on panel. Make sure Cam Lock pointed arrow is pointed towards Cam Bolt. Connect both panels together; making sure Cam Bolts goes into pre-drilled hole on the end of panel with Cam Lock. 5. Once Cam Bolt is connected inside Cam Lock, take Phillips screwdriver and tighten Cam Lock clockwise. You are now ready to assemble our KD unit.

Assembly Instructions 1. Fully insert M8 x 30 mm Dowels (C) into the middle holes of Stringers Left & Right (3 & 4). Tap in with a rubber mallet if necessary. Screw 4 Cam bolts (B) all the way into the outside holes pre-drilled on the Long Shelf (1). 2. Using Dowels as a guide, attach Stringers Left & Right (3 & 4) to Long Shelf (A) by engaging 4 Cam Locks (A). Make sure the Cam Locks facing outward. 3. Carefully position the combined Hutch and Base units at desired location.

Assembly Instructions 4. Position assembled Shelf (1) between the two companion cabinets making sure the back edges are even with each other. Ask for assistance to hold the shelf at your desired height. Securely attach the Shelf in place by inserting the M8 x 25 mm Screws (E) through the countersunk holes on the Stringers (3 & 4). 5. Attach Pole Holder (D) to the Stringer Right (4) using two M6 x 13 mm Screws (F). Make sure the opening of Pole Holder facing up as shown below. 6.

Assembly Instructions 7. Fit the Hanging Pole (2) between the Pole Holders (D) in place to hang and organize clothing. Care and Maintenance z Use a soft, clean cloth that will not scratch the surface when dusting. z Use of furniture polishes is not necessary. Should you choose to use polishes, test in an inconspicuous area first. z Using solvents of any kind on your furniture may damage the finish. z Never use water to clean your furniture as it may cause damage to the finish.
