Attach
inlet hoses
to water
faucets.
Cold water
inlet valve X
Attach inlet
hoses to hot
and cold
water valves,
Hot water
inlet valve
hose
connection, Power cord is
attached to shipping
strap.
Secure
drain hose
to laundry
tub or
standpipe.
Use yetlow
damp to
connect rigid
and flexible
drain hose
sections.
Check that
drain hose is
proper length.
Plug power
supp_ cord
into grounded
outlet.
Read and

remove

and install washer.

Remove yellow shipping strap.

entirely out of washer. The power supply cord
will still be attached to shipping strap.

Ose new hoses and washers that came wlth your washer.
Check inlet hoses periodically. Inlets are plastic.
Replace inlet hoses if you find coupling washer cold water/ Do Net strip or
crossthrea¢[.

Replace inlet hoses after five years
of use. hot

Insert a flat washer into each
end of the inlet hoses. Check
that washers are firmly seated in
couplings.
Attach one hose to the hot
o water (bottom) inlet valve first
then other hose to the cold water
(top) inlet valve, Tighten couplings
by hand. Then use pliers to make an
additional two-thirds turn.
DO NOT OV£RTIGNTEN; this could
cause damage to couplings,
