UNDERCOUNTER DISH WASHER Use & Care Guide

Before You Call For Service
If you are having an operating problem,
check the list to see what the cause
might be before you call for assistance.
OPERATING PROBLEM
Dishwasher will not run, or
stops during a cycle.
CHECK IF’
. Dishwasher is properly connected
to a live circuit with the proper
voltage.
WHATTODO
H Contact qualified service technician
to reconnect dishwasher to
electrical supply. (See Installation
Instructions.)

Home fuse or circuit breaker has
blown or tripped.
. Water is turned on.
n
Motor has stopped because of an
overload.
m Replace fuse or reset circuit
breaker.
H Open water valve to dishwasher.
n
Motor will automatically reset
itself
within a few minutes. If the motor
does not start, call for service.
n
Door is tightly closed and securely
n
Press firmly against door.

Cycle has been correctly set.
n
Reset cycle following steps on
page 4, 5 or 6.
Dishwasher won’t fill.
n
Overfill protector is stuck in “up”
n
Overfill protector should move up
position.

Wait for the cycle to finish.

Dram air gap is clogged.

. The dishwasher detergent is fresh
and dry without lumps.

Place the rack with the rack
bumpers at the front.

Replace old detergent with fresh.
m The cycle has completed.
I Wait for the cycle to finish.
White residue appears on front
of access panel.

Too much detergent is being used.
n

amounts of detergent.

Your liquid detergent is developing
n
Try a different brand to reduce
excess foam and building up on
foaming and eliminate build-up.

Fill rinse agent dispenser. Using a
rinse agent greatly improves drying.
