AVERTISSEMENTS EN MATIÈRE DE SÉCURITÉ - AVERTISSEMENT : Danger d’incendie : Ne pas conserver des articles sur les surfaces de cuisson. - AVERTISSEMENT : Si la surface est endommagée, éteignez l’appareil pour éviter un éventuel choc électrique. - Pour les tables de cuisson dotées d’un couvercle, tout déversement doit être enlevé du couvercle avant son ouverture. En outre, laissez la surface de la table de cuisson refroidir avant de fermer le couvercle.

Les renseignements suivants sont les règles requises pour une installation et un service corrects.

Vérifiez d’abord le type de gaz connecté à la cuisinière. Cette information est inscrite sur une bande collante à l’arrière de la cuisinière.

À l’aide d’un petit tournevis, serrez ou desserrez la vis de dérivation de 90° environ. Lorsque la flamme a atteint une longueur d’au moins 4 mm, le gaz est bien réparti. Assurez-vous que la flamme ne s’éteint pas en passant de la position maximale à la position minimale.

UTILISATION DE VOTRE CUISINIÈRE 3.1.2 : Contrôle du brûleur du four Après avoir allumé le brûleur du four comme expliqué plus haut, vous pouvez ajuster à volonté la température à l’intérieur du four, en vous faisant guider par les numéros qui se trouvent sur le panneau de commande ou sur l’anneau du bouton: Plus le chiffre est élevé, plus la température est nécessaire. De même, les petits chiffres sont synonymes de températures inférieures.

Brossez légèrement les viandes maigres et les poissons avec un peu d’huile ou du beurre fondu pour qu’ils restent frais pendant la cuisson. • Installez les aliments au centre de la grille pour permettre une circulation maximale de l’air.

Grille La grille sert à faire des grils ou à placer des ustensiles de cuisine dessus. AVERTISSEMENT- Installez correctement le gril sur le support qui convient dans la cavité du four et poussez-le au fond. Plateau peu profond Le plateau peu profond est utilisé pour cuisiner les pâtes comme les tartes, etc.
4. NETTOYAGE ET ENTRETIEN 5. SERVICE APRES-VENTE ET TRANSPORT • Essuyez et nettoyez le panneau du dos avec un chiffon savonneux. • Lavez-les et rincez-les. Ne les laissez pas mouillés. Séchez-les immédiatement avec un tissu en papier. • Après le nettoyage, assurez-vous d’avoir réassemblé correctement les pièces. • Évitez de nettoyer une partie de la table de cuisson avec une éponge métallique. Elle raye la surface.
SERVICES APRÈS-VENTE Avant d’appeler le service après-vente 1. Vérifiez s’il est possible de résoudre le problème par vous-même (voir “Guide de dépannage”). 2. The following information are the required rules for right installation and service processes. It must be read especially by the technician who will install the appliance.

INSTALLATION AND PREPARATIONS FOR USE 2.3 Gas connection Assembly of gas supply and leakage check The connection of the appliance should be performed in accordance with local and international standards and regulations applicable. First check what type of gas is installed on the cooker. This information is given by a sticker on the back of the cooker. You can find the information related to appropriate gas types and appropriate gas injectors on technical data table.
2. INSTALLATION AND PREPARATIONS FOR USE Remember that this appliance is ready to be connected to gas supply in the country for which it has been produced. The main country of destination is marked on the rear cover of the appliance. If you need to use it in another country, any of the connections in the figure below can be required. In such a case, contact local authorities to learn the correct gas connection.

For grill burners, this screw is already visible(Figure 9). Remove the screw, pull the grill burner to yourself and you will see the injector revealed on the rear surface of the oven cavity (Figure 102).

Remove the with the help of a small screwdriver fasten or loosen the bypass screw around 90 angular degrees. When the flame has a length of at least 4mm, the gas is well distributed. Make sure that the flame does not die out when passing from the maximum position to the minimum position.

INSTALLATION AND PREPARATIONS FOR USE 2.5 Electric connection and safety (If available) During the electric connection, follow the instructions stated in the user manual. • In order to avoid hazard, any electrical work performed on this equipment or its associated wiring should only be done by persons authorised by the manufacturer or similar qualified persons. • The earthing cable must be connected to the earth terminal.

After you ignite the burner in maximum position; you can adjust the flame length between maximum and min. positions. Do not operate the burners when the knob position is between maximum and off positions. After the ignition, check the flames visually.
3. USE OF YOUR PRODUCT Make sure that the tips of the flames do not spread out of the outer circumference of the pan, as this may also harm the plastic accessories around the pan (handles etc.). Figure 20 When the burners are not in use for prolonged periods, always turn the main gas control valve off. ! WARNING: • Use only flat pans and with a sufficiently thick base. • Ensure that the base of the pan is dry before placing it on the burners.
3. USE OF YOUR PRODUCT 3.1.2 Control of the Oven Burner After you ignite the oven burner as explained before, you can adjust the temperature inside the oven as you require, using the numbers on the control panel or knob ring: Bigger numbers mean higher temperatures, while smaller numbers mean lower temperatures. If your oven is equipped with an oven thermostat; refer to the temperature table below for the temperature references of those numbers.

USE OF YOUR PRODUCT • If you are cooking more than one tray of similar items, for example cakes or biscuits, swap the trays during cooking or you can remove the top tray when the food is cooked and move the lower tray to the higher shelf to finish cooking. • Do not place baking trays directly on the oven base as it interferes with the oven air circulation and can lead to base burning; use the lower shelf position. 3.1.
3. USE OF YOUR PRODUCT 3.2 Accessories • The product already supplied with accessories. You can also use accessories you purchase from the market, but they must be heat and flame resistant. You can also use glass dishes, cake molds, special oven trays that are appropriate for use in oven. Pay attention to the using instructions by the manufacturer of those acessories. • In case small size dishes are used, place the dish onto the wire grid, as it will completely be on the middle part of the grid.
3. USE OF YOUR PRODUCT • Food should be thoroughly dried before grilling to minimize splashing. Brush lean meats and fish lightly with a little oil or melted butter to keep them moist during cooking. • Foods should be placed on the center of the grid to allow maximum circulation of air. • Never cover the grill pan or grid with foil as this can lead to grill fires. • If your appliance has a grill pan and handle set as an accessory, refer to accessories section for its usage.
3. USE OF YOUR PRODUCT Oven Accessories * The accessories of your oven may be different due to the model of your product. Wire grid Wire grid is used to grill or to place different cookwares on it. WARNING- Fit the grid correctly into any correspondingrack in the oven cavity and push it to the end. Shallow Tray Shallow tray is used to bake pastry such as flans etc. To locate the tray correctly in the cavity, put it to any rack and push it up to the end.
4. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE 4.1 Cleaning Be sure that all control switches are off and your appliance cooled before cleaning your oven. Plug off the appliance. Check whether they are appropriate and recommended by the manufacturer before using the cleaning materials on your oven. As they may damage the surfaces, do not use caustic creams, abrasive cleaning powders, thick wire wool or hard tools. In case the liquids that overflow around your oven burn, the enameled parts may be damaged.
4. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE • Wipe and clean the back panel with a soapy cloth. • Wash the caps and crowns of hob burners and rinse them. Do not leave them wet, immediately dry them with paper cloth. • After cleaning, make sure that you re-assemble the parts correctly. • Do not clean any part of the hob with metal sponge. It causes the surface be scratched. • The pan support top surfaces may be scratched in time due to usage. In this case, these parts may get rusted and it is not a production fault.
5. SERVICE AND TRANSPORT 5.1 Basic troubleshooting before contacting service If the oven does not operate : • The oven may be plugged off, there has been a black out. If the oven does not heat : • The heat may be not adjusted with oven's heater control switch. If the interior lighting lamp does not light : • The electricity must be controlled. It must be controlled whether the lamps are defective. If they are defective, you can change them as following the guide.
AFTER-SALES SERVICE Before calling the After-Sales Service 1. See if you can eliminate the problem on your own (see “Troubleshooting Guide”). 2. Switch the appliance off and on again to see if the problem persists. If the fault persists after the above checks, contact your nearest After-Sales Service. Specify: the type of fault; exact type and model of oven; the After-Sales Service number (the number given after the word “Service” on the dataplate) located inside the storage compartment flap.
