KUNDENDIENST
Bevor Sie den Kundendienst rufen:
1. Prüfen Sie erst, ob Sie die Störung selbst beheben können.
2. Schalten Sie das Gerät nochmals ein, um zu prüfen, ob die
Störung immer noch vorliegt. Haben Sie keinen Erfolg,
schalten Sie das Gerät nochmals aus und wiederholen Sie
den Versuch nach einer Stunde.
3. Bleibt das Ergebnis negativ, müssen Sie den Kundendienst
benachrichtigen.
Machen Sie bitte folgende Angaben:
• Art der Störung,
• das Gerätemodell,
• die Servicenummer (Zahl hinter dem Wort SERVICE auf
dem Typenschild an der Geräterückwand)
• Ihre vollständige Anschrift,
• Ihre Telefonnummer mit Vorwahl.
2. Alle Kontrolllampen blinken gleichzeitig.
• Rufen Sie den Kundendienst an.
3. Das Gerät verursacht ein zu lautes Betriebsgeräusch.
• Steht das Gerät auf einer perfekt ebenen Fläche?
• Berührt das Gerät andere Möbel oder Gegenstände, die
Vibrationen verursachen können?
• Wurde die Verpackung vom Sockel der Gefriertruhe entfernt?
Anmerkung: Dass das zirkulierende Kühlmittel auch nach
Kompressorstillstand ein leichtes Geräusch verursacht, ist durchaus
normal.
4. Die Kontrolllampen sind ausgeschaltet und das Gerät
funktioniert nicht.
• Liegt ein Stromausfall vor?
• Ist der Netzstecker richtig angeschlossen?
• Ist das Stromkabel unversehrt?
5. Die Kontrolllampen sind ausgeschaltet und das Gerät
funktioniert.
• Rufen Sie den Kundendienst an.
6. Der Kompressor läuft ständig.
• Wurden warme Speisen in die Gefriertruhe eingelagert?
• Hat der Deckel der Gefriertruhe längere Zeit offen gestanden?
• Steht das Gerät in einem zu warmen Raum oder neben einer
Wärmequelle?
• Wurde die Schnellgefrierfunktion aktiviert? (gelbe Kontrolllampe
leuchtet)
7. Übermäßige Reifbildung an den oberen Randflächen.
• Sind die Verschlüsse des Tauwasserabflusses korrekt eingesetzt?
• Ist der Deckel der Gefriertruhe richtig geschlossen?
• Ist die Dichtung am Deckel der Gefriertruhe beschädigt oder
verformt? (Siehe Kapitel “Installation”)
• Wurden die 4 Distanzstücke entfernt? (Siehe Kapitel
“Installation”)
8. Kondenswasserbildung an den Außenwänden der
Gefriertruhe.
• Unter besonderen klimatischen Bedingungen (Luftfeuchtigkeit
über 85%) oder bei der Aufstellung in feuchten und wenig
belüfteten Räumen ist Kondenswasserbildung durchaus normal.
Dadurch werden die Leistungen der Gefriertruhe aber
keineswegs beeinträchtigt.
9. Die Reifschicht an den Innenwänden ist nicht gleichförmig.
• Diese Erscheinung ist durchaus normal.
INFORMATIONEN ZUM UMWELTSCHUTZ
1.Verpackung
Das Verpackungsmaterial ist zu 100% wieder verwertbar und durch
ein Recyclingsymbol gekennzeichnet. Für die Entsorgung die
örtlichen Vorschriften beachten.
Das Verpackungsmaterial (Plastikbeutel, Styroporteile, usw.)
außerhalb der Reichweite von Kindern aufbewahren, da es eine
mögliche Gefahrenquelle darstellt.
2. Entsorgung
Das Gerät ist aus wieder
verwertbaren Materialien hergestellt .
Dieses Gerät verfügt über die Konformitäts kennzeichnung
entsprechend der Europäischen Richtlinie 2002/96/EG über Elektro-
und Elektronikaltgeräte (WEEE). Eine umweltgerechte Entsorgung
trägt dazu bei, mögliche umwelt- und gesundheitsbelastende Folgen
zu vermeiden.
Das Symbol am Gerät oder auf der Produkt dokumentation
weist daraufhin, dass dieses Gerät nicht als unsortierter
Siedlungsabfall beseitigt werden darf, sondern bei einer
entsprechenden Rücknahmestelle für das Recycling von Elektro- und
Elektronikaltgeräten abzugeben ist. Vor der Entsorgung des Gerätes
das Speisekabel durchtrennen, Türen und Ablageflächen entfernen,
damit das Gerät funktionsuntüchtig ist und keine Gefahrenquelle für
spielende Kinder darstellen kann.
Die Entsorgung muss gemäß den örtlichen Bestimmungen zur
Abfallbeseitigung erfolgen. Geben Sie das Gerät bei einer
zugelassenen Sammelstelle ab; das Gerät darf auch nicht für wenige
Tage unbeaufsichtigt bleiben, da es eine Gefahrenquelle für Kinder
darstellt. Bitte wenden Sie sich an das zuständige Amt Ihrer
Gemeindeverwaltung, an den Müllabfuhrdienst oder an den Händler,
bei dem Sie dieses Gerät erworben haben, um weitere
Informationen über Behandlung, Verwertung und
Wiederverwendung dieses Produkts zu erhalten.
Hinweise:
Dieses Gerät ist FCKW-frei. Der Kältekreislauf enthält R134a (HFC)
oder R600a (HC), siehe Typenschild im Innenraum.
Geräte mit Isobutan (R600a): Isobutan ist ein Naturgas das keine
Folgen auf die Umwelt hat aber entzündlich ist. Folglich ist es
erforderlich sicherzustellen, dass die Rohrleitungen des
Kühlungskreislaufs nicht beschädigt sind.
Dieses Gerät könnte fluorierte Treibhausgase im Sinne des Kyoto-
Protokolls enthalten. Das Kühlmittel befindet sich in einem
hermetisch versiegelten System.
Kühlmittel: R134a hat ein Treibhauspotential (GWP) von 1300.
Konformitätserklärung
Dieses Gerät ist der Aufbewahrung von Lebensmitteln bestimmt und
gemäß der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 1935/2004 hergestellt.
Dieses Gerät wurde entwickelt, gebaut und vermarktet gemäß den:
- Sicherheitsanforderungen der „Niederspannungsrichtlinie”
2006/95/EG (die 73/23/EWG und nachfolgende Änderungen
ersetzt);
- Schutzvorschriften der Richtlinie 2004/108/EG bezüglich der
elektromagnetischen V
erträglichkeit “EMC”.
Die elektrische Sicherheit des Gerätes ist nur dann gewährleistet,
wenn es korrekt an eine funktionstüchtige und den gesetzlichen
Bestimmungen entsprechende Erdung angeschlossen ist.
PRIMA DI USARE IL PRODOTTO
Il prodotto che avete acquistato è ad uso esclusivamente
domestico e per la conservazione di alimenti surgelati, il
congelamento di alimenti freschi e la produzione di
ghiaccio.
La messa a terra del prodotto è obbligatoria a
termini di legge. Il fabbricante declina ogni
responsabilità per eventuali danni subiti da persone,
animali o cose a causa della mancata osservanza
delle norme indicate.
1. Dopo aver disimballato il prodotto, assicurarsi che non
sia danneggiato e che la porta si chiuda perfettamente e
che la guarnizione non sia deformata. Eventuali danni
devono essere comunicati al rivenditore entro 24 ore
dalla consegna del prodotto.
2. Consigliamo di attendere almeno due ore prima di
mettere in funzione il prodotto, per dar modo al circuito
refrigerante di raggiungere una perfetta efficienza.
3. Accertarsi che l’installazione e il collegamento elettrico
siano effettuati da un tecnico qualificato secondo le
istruzioni del fabbricante e in conformità alle norme
locali sulla sicurezza.
4. Pulire l’interno del prodotto prima di utilizzarlo.
• Prima di collegare il prodotto alla rete elettrica,
assicurarsi che il voltaggio corrisponda alle indicazioni
fornite sulla targhetta matricola posta sul retro del
prodotto.
• I collegamenti elettrici devono essere conformi alle
normative locali.
CONGELAMENTO DEGLI ALIMENTI
Preparazione degli alimenti freschi da congelare
• Avvolgere e sigillare gli alimenti freschi da congelare in:
fogli di alluminio, pellicola trasparente, sacchetti
impermeabili di plastica, contenitori di polietilene con
coperchio, purchè idonei per alimenti da congelare.
• Gli alimenti devono essere freschi, maturi e della migliore
qualità.
• Frutta e verdura fresca devono essere congelate per
quanto possibile subito dopo la raccolta, per conservare
intatte le sostanze nutritive, la consistenza, il colore e il
gusto di tali alimenti.
• Lasciar sempre raffreddare gli alimenti caldi prima di
introdurli nel prodotto.
Congelamento degli alimenti freschi
• Collocare gli alimenti da congelare a diretto contatto con
le pareti verticali del prodotto:
A) - alimenti da congelare,
B) - alimenti già congelati.
• Evitare di sistemare gli alimenti da congelare a diretto
contatto con gli alimenti già congelati.
• Per ottenere un migliore e più
rapido congelamento, dividere
gli alimenti in piccole porzioni;
questo accorgimento sarà utile
anche al momento dell’utilizzo
dei cibi congelati.
1. Almeno 24 ore prima di
procedere al congelamento di
cibi freschi nel prodotto,
attivare il congelamento rapido
(fast freezing) premendo il
tasto (4) per circa 3 secondi.
La spia gialla (2) si accende.
2. Inserire il cibo da congelare e
tenere chiusa la porta del prodotto per 24 ore. Trascorso
tale periodo di tempo, gli alimenti possono considerarsi
congelati.
La funzione di congelamento rapido (fast freezing) può
essere disattivata premendo il tasto (4) per circa 3 secondi.
Qualora tale operazione non venga eseguita, il prodotto
provvede automaticamente alla disattivazione dalla funzione
dopo circa 50 ore dal suo ingaggio.
CONSERVAZIONE DEGLI ALIMENTI
Consultare la tabella sul prodotto.

Consigli per la conservazione degli alimenti surgelati
Al momento dell’acquisto di alimenti surgelati, accertarsi che:
• La confezione sia intatta, poichè l’alimento in contenitori
danneggiati può essersi deteriorato. Se una confezione è
gonfia o presenta macchie di umidità, significa che il
prodotto non è stato conservato nelle condizioni ottimali
e può aver subito un inizio di scongelamento.
• Acquistare gli alimenti surgelati per ultimi e usare borse
termiche per il trasporto.
• Appena a casa, porre immediatamente gli alimenti
surgelati nel prodotto.
• Evitare o ridurre al minimo le variazioni di temperatura.
Rispettare la data di scadenza riportata sulla confezione.
• Seguire sempre le istruzioni sull’imballo per la
conservazione degli alimenti congelati.
Nota: Consumare immediatamente gli alimenti scongelati o
parzialmente scongelati. Non congelare di nuovo un
alimento scongelato, eccetto nel caso in cui tale alimento sia
utilizzato per preparare un piatto che ne preveda la cottura.
Una volta cotto, l’alimento può essere di nuovo congelato.
In caso di interruzione prolungata dell’elettricità:
• Non aprire la porta del prodotto se non per posizionare
gli accumulatori di freddo (ove previsti) sopra i cibi
congelati sul lato destro e sinistro del prodotto. In
questo modo, sarà possibile rallentare la velocità di
incremento della temperatura.

INSTALLATION
• Refer to chapter “Before using the appliance”.
• Unpack the appliance.
• Remove the 4 protection pieces inserted between
lid and appliance.
• Warning: two of the four protection pieces must
be fitted in the seat of the condenser plastic
supports, located at the rear of the product.
This is necessary to ensure the correct distance from the
wall.
• Ensure that the defrosting water drainage plug
(if provided) is correctly positioned (4).
• For best operation of the appliance and in order to avoid
damage when the lid is opened, leave a space of at least
7 cm from the rear wall and 7 cm at the sides.
• Fit the accessories (if provided).
1. Red LED: when flashing, it indicates that an alarm
condition is present (see "TROUBLESHOOTING
GUIDE"
2. Yellow LED: indicates that the fast freeze function is
active.
3. Green LEDS: they indicate that the appliance is in
operation, and the temperature has been set.
4. Temperature setting button: to adjust the set
temperature and to activate/deactivate the fast freezing
operations.
Switching on the appliance
• Plug in the appliance.
• The green LED lights up ("Normal").
• The red LED (if present) flashes to indicate that the
temperature inside the appliance is not yet sufficiently
low for food storage. The red LED will normally switch
off within the first six hours after the appliance is
switched on.
• Place food inside the product only when the red LED
has switched off.
Note:
Thanks to the efficient lid seal, the appliance lid will not re-
open easily immediately after closing. Wait a few minutes
before re-opening the lid of the appliance.
Temperature adjustment
Use the key (4) to select the desired temperature.
To adjust the internal temperature, proceed as follows:
• Repeatedly press the key (4). Each time the key is
pressed, the set temperature is updated, displaying the
"Normal", "Eco" and "Plus" values in succession.
• Select " Plus" for a colder storage temperature.
• With partial loads "Eco" is recommended: this setting will
optimize energy consumption.
Note:
The settings will be saved in the memory even if a power
cut occurs. The time needed for the temperature inside
the freezer to reach the set value, can vary depending on
climatic conditions and the set temperature itself.
