TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE
The burner does not light
Is the gas supply tap open?
Is there an interruption in the supply of gas?
Is the cylinder empty?
Are the burner openings clogged?
The burner does not remain lit:
Light it again with the knob turned to the maximum
temperature symbol.
Electric ignition is not working:
Is there a power failure?
The cooling system isn’t working properly:
Is there a power failure?
Is the oven door open?
AFTER SALES SERVICE
Before contacting After Sales Service:
1.
Make sure you cannot solve the p’roblem yourself (see
“Troubleshooting Guide”).
2.
Turn off the appliance and restart it to see if the fault
persists.
If after the above checks the fault still occurs,
contact the nearest After Sales Service.
Always specify:
the type of fault,
the exact appliance type and model,
the service number (i.e. the number after the word
“SERVICE” on the rating plate) located on the side of
the oven front panel (visible when the oven door is
open). The service number is also given on the
guarantee booklet,

If any repairs are required, please contact an authorised
After Sales Service
as indicated in the warranty.
If you have to call out
technicians that are not from a
manufacturer-authorised service centre,
make sure
you are given a receipt stating the work performed and
make sure that the replacement parts used were
manufacturer’s original parts.
Following these simple rules will guarantee the
product’s quality and safety.
