IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS YOUR SAFETY AND THAT OF OTHERS IS PARAMOUNT This manual and the appliance itself provide important safety warnings, to be read and observed at all times. This is the danger symbol, pertaining to safety, which alerts users to potential risks to themselves and others. All safety warnings are preceded by the danger symbol and the following terms: DANGER Indicates a hazardous situation which, if not avoided, will cause serious injury.
INSTALLATION After unpacking the oven, make sure that it has not been damaged during transport and that the oven door closes properly. In the event of problems, contact the dealer or your nearest After-sales Service. To prevent any damage, only remove the oven from its polystyrene foam base at the time of installation. PREPARING THE HOUSING UNIT • • • • Kitchen units in contact with the oven must be heat resistant (min 90°C).
TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE The oven does not work: • • Check for the presence of mains electrical power and if the oven is connected to the electrical supply. Turn off the oven and restart it to see if the fault persists. AFTER-SALES SERVICE Before calling the After-Sales Service: 1. See if you can solve the problem yourself with the help of the suggestions given in the “Troubleshooting guide“. 2. Switch the appliance off and back on again it to see if the fault persists.
MAINTENANCE - WARNING Use protective gloves. Ensure the oven is cold before carrying out the following operations. Disconnect the appliance from the power supply. REMOVING THE DOOR To remove the door: 1. 2. 3. Open the door fully. Lift the catches and push them forwards as far as they will go (Fig. 1). REPLACING THE OVEN LAMP To replace the rear lamp (if present): 1. Disconnect the oven from the power supply. 2. Unscrew the lamp cover (Fig. 6), replace the lamp (see note for lamp type) and screw the lamp cover back on. 3. Reconnect the oven to the power supply. To replace the side lamp (if present): 1. Disconnect the oven from the power supply. 2. Remove the side accessory holder grilles, if present (Fig. 3). 3. Use a screwdriver to prise off the lamp cover (Fig. 7). 4.

INSERTING WIRE SHELVES AND OTHER ACCESSORIES IN THE OVEN The wire shelf and other accessories are provided with a locking mechanism to prevent their unintentional removal. Fig. 1 1. 2. Insert the wire shelf horizontally, with the raised part “A” upwards (Fig. 1). Angle the wire shelf when it reaches the locking position “B” (Fig. 2). Fig. 2 Fig. 3 3. Return the wire shelf to the horizontal position and push it in fully to “C” (Fig. 3). 4. To remove the wire shelf proceed in reverse order.
ANALOG CLOCK The analog clock allows: 1. Viewing the time of the day. To adjust the time of the day, press the button (B) and turn it anticlockwise to set the time. 2. Programming the cooking start time. The maximum programmed cooking start time is 12 hours. Programming the cooking time. Select the cooking time (available with any function) to turn the oven on for a specified period of time. At the end of the specified time the oven will switch off automatically.

CONVECTION BAKE For baking cakes with liquid filling (sweet or savoury) on a single shelf. This function can also be used for cooking on two shelves.

RECOMMENDED USE AND TIPS How to read the cooking table The table indicates the best function to use for any given food, to be cooked on one or more shelves at the same time. Cooking times start from the moment food is placed in the oven, excluding pre-heating (where required). Cooking temperatures and times are purely for guidance and will depend on the amount of food and type of accessory used.

INSTALLAZIONE Dopo aver disimballato il forno verificare che non si sia danneggiato durante il trasporto e che la porta si chiuda perfettamente. In caso di problemi, contattare il rivenditore o il Servizio Assistenza Clienti. Per prevenire eventuali danni, si consiglia di rimuovere il forno dalla base in polistirolo soltanto prima dell’installazione. PREDISPOSIZIONE DEL MOBILE PER INCASSO • • • • I mobili della cucina adiacenti al forno devono resistere al calore (min 90°C).
GUIDA RICERCA GUASTI Il forno non funziona: • • Verificare che ci sia tensione in rete e che il forno sia connesso elettricamente. Spegnere e riaccendere il forno, per accertare che l’inconveniente sia stato ovviato. SERVIZIO ASSISTENZA Prima di contattare il Servizio Assistenza: 1. Verificare che non sia possibile risolvere da soli il problema sulla base dei punti descritti in “Guida ricerca guasti”. 2. Spegnere e riaccendere l’apparecchio per accertarsi che l’inconveniente sia stato ovviato.
MANUTENZIONE - AVVERTENZA Utilizzare guanti protettivi. Eseguire le operazioni indicate ad apparecchio freddo. Scollegare l’apparecchio dalla rete elettrica. RIMOZIONE DELLA PORTA Per togliere la porta: 1. 2. 3. Aprire completamente la porta. Sollevare le levette di arresto delle cerniere in avanti fino al fermo (Fig. 1). Chiudere la porta fino al bloccaggio (A), sollevarla (B) e ruotarla (C) fino allo sganciamento della stessa (D) (Fig. 2). Per riposizionare la porta: 1. 2. 3. 4. Fig.
SOSTITUZIONE DELLA LAMPADA Per sostituire la lampada posteriore (se in dotazione): 1. Scollegare il forno dalla rete elettrica. 2. Svitare il copri-lampada (Fig. 6), sostituire la lampada (per il tipo vedere nota) e riavvitare il copri-lampada. 3. Ricollegare il forno alla rete elettrica. Per sostituire la lampada laterale (se in dotazione): 1. Scollegare il forno dalla rete elettrica. 2. Rimuovere le griglie porta accessori laterali, se in dotazione (Fig. 3). 3.

INSERIMENTO DI GRIGLIE E ALTRI ACCESSORI ALL’INTERNO DEL FORNO La griglia e gli altri accessori sono dotati di un sistema di blocco che ne evita l’estrazione involontaria. Fig. 1 1. 2. Inserire la griglia orizzontalmente, con la parte rialzata “A” orientata verso l’alto (Fig. 1). Inclinare la griglia in corrispondenza della posizione di blocco “B” (Fig. 2). Fig. 2 Fig. 3 3. Riportare la griglia in posizione orizzontale e spingerla fino al completo inserimento “C” (Fig. 3). 4.
OROLOGIO ANALOGICO L’orologio analogico permette di: 1. Visualizzare l’ora del giorno. Per modificare l’ora del giorno premere il tasto (B) e ruotarlo in senso antiorario per fissare l’ora del giorno. 2. Programmare l’inizio della Cottura. Il tempo massimo programmabile d’inizio cottura è di 12 ore. Programmare la durata di cottura. Selezionare la durata della cottura (con qualsiasi funzione) se si desidera accendere il forno per un intervallo di tempo specifico.

CONSIGLI D’UTILIZZO E SUGGERIMENTI Come leggere la tabella di cottura La tabella indica la funzione migliore da utilizzare per un determinato alimento, da cuocere su uno o più ripiani contemporaneamente. I tempi di cottura si riferiscono all’introduzione del cibo nel forno, escluso il preriscaldamento (ove richiesto). Le temperature e i tempi di cottura sono indicativi e dipendono dalla quantità di cibo e dal tipo di accessorio.
