Select the best location
Location for Installing Indoor Unit
1. No obstacle near the air outlet and cooling air
can be spread to entire room.
2. It is easy to draw off connection pipe and drill a
wall hole.
3. Keep the required distance from the ceiling and
wall according to installation diagram.
4. Easy to detach air filter.
5. Keep the appliance and remote controller a
distance of one meter away from the TV set,
radio etc.
6. Do not put anything near the air intake to
obstruct it.
7. The remote controller will operate abnormally in
a room fitted with digital lights.
8. Install it at a place that can bear the weight of it.
Location for Installing Outdoor Unit
1. Install it in a place where is convenient and well-
ventilated.
Do not install it at a place where there is a risk
of combustible gas leaking.
2. Keep the required distance away from the wall.
3. The pipe is 15 meters in length maximum. If it
exceeds 7 meters, additional refrigerant of 40
grams per meter is needed. The permitted
elevation between indoor and outdoor units is 5
meters. If the outdoor unit is higher than the
indoor one, an elbow in the pipe before entering
indoor side is necessary.
4. When operate at a special place, for example, a
place greasy dirt, vulcanization gas exit or high-
salty seashore. Please keep it apart from the
special environment.
5. Avoid installing it at the roadside where there is
the risk of muddy water.
6. Install where the neighbors will not be annoyed
by operating noise or discharged air.
7. Install it on a fixed shelf which will not increase
noise.
8. Install it at a place without blockage for air
intake.
