The appliance has already been submitted to a strict control by qualified personnel at the

Any repairs that may become necessary in time should be carried out only by qualified
personnel.
We suggest to apply always to the dealer where the unit has been purchased and possibly
with the most precise information concerning the inconvenience and the data plate
features.
This information will help the service centre.
At the end of every day, clean the unit thoroughly (see page 10). This guarantees the long
life of the appliance.
At the end of daily use, remember to switch off the appliance and disconnect power
supply to it.
When equipped with wheels, 2 of the 4 will be lockable. If the equipment has to be moved,
switch it off before performing this operation and disconnect power supply.
Non-compliance with these instructions may affect the safety of the appliance and of the
user. The manufacturer declines any responsibility in case the original functionality of the
appliance has been affected because of non-compliance with instructions or when devices
have been added or changed.
9) CLEANING AND CARE
Warning: when cleaning the appliance, do not wash it with a direct or pressurised
jet.
A new appliance needs cleaning before using it for the first time.
Unplug the appliance, clean it with hot water and suitable common detergents.
Do not clean with acid or corrosive substances, common steel pads or brushes that may
deposit ferrous particles that oxidise causing rust spots.
Stainless steel wool can be used externally rubbing it in the direction of the satin finish.
If the appliance is not used for long periods, rub a cloth dipped in vaseline oil over surfaces
to cover them with a protective film and air the room where the appliance is stored
periodically.
When the appliance is not being used, clean the chamber and leave the doors slightly
open to allow air to circulate and avoid the development of mould and unpleasant smells.
Clean the condenser of the condenser unit at least every three months.
Warning: in case of prolonged inactivity, disconnect the appliance.
