PRECAUTIONS AND GENERAL
RECOMMENDATIONS
Use the
refrigerator compartment
only for
storing fresh foods and the
low temperature
compartment
only for making ice cubes,
storing frozen foods and freezing fresh foods
(only in the compartment marked ).
Do not cover or obstruct the air vents of the
appliance.
Do not store liquids in glass containers in the
low temperature compartment - risk of
bursting.
Do not eat ice cubes or ice lollies immediately
after taking them out of the low temperature
compartment - risk of “cold” burns.
Do not allow children to play or hide inside the
appliance - risk of becoming trapped and
suffocating.
After installation, make sure that the
refrigerator is not standing on the power cable.
Make sure that the refrigerator is not near a
heat source.
To ensure proper ventilation leave a 1 cm space
on both sides and above the refrigerator and do
not obstruct or cover any air vents.
Do not use mechanical devices or any means
other than those recommended by the
manufacturer to speed up the defrosting
process.
Do not damage the refrigerant circuit.
Do not use electrical appliances inside the
freezer compartments, unless such appliances
are specifically recommended by the
manufacturer.
Do not ingest the contents (non-toxic) of the
ice packs (if provided).
Before servicing or cleaning the appliance,
unplug it from the mains or disconnect the
electrical power supply.
The power cable may only be replaced by an
authorized person.
Do not place hot containers (hotter than
50 - 60 °C) on top of the appliance.
