en Dear Customer, this product is featured with the “FrostAway” system. This device, by reducing the frost formation inside the cavity, allows less frequent defrosting. For the proper functioning of the system the hole in the middle of the device should not be covered with food. During normal operation of the appliance is normal to observe ice formation inside the hole of the device. When the hole is full with ice, please remove the cover, as shown in the image (from Fig. 1 to Fig.
