Maintain the quality built into your cooktop by
calling an authorized service company.
To obtain the name and number of an authorized
service company:
嘼 Contact the dealer from whom you
purchased your cooktop; or
嘼 Look in the Yellow Pages of your
telephone directory under
“Appliances — Household — Major —
Service and Repair” for an authorized
service company; or
嘼 Call the Consumer Assistance Center.

When you call, you will need:
嘼 The cooktop model number.
嘼 The cooktop serial number.
Both numbers are listed on the model/serial
rating plate, located on the bottom of the
cooktop.

Save Installation Instructions for local electrical inspector’s use.
Write down the model and serial numbers before installing cooktop.
