NOTE: The oven racks will discolor and be harder to slide when
left in the oven during the Self-Cleaning cycle. It you want them to
stay shiny, remove from the oven and clean by hand. It racks are
left in the oven during the Self-Cleaning cycle, apply a small
amount of vegetable oil to the sides of the racks to make them
easier to slide.
