operation and maintenance.
Installation
· After unpacking the appliance, check that it is undamaged.
The packaging elements (plastic bags, expanded polystyrene, screws, etc.) can be dangerous
and must not be left within the reach of children.
· The installation must be done by a qualified technician in compliance with the manufacturer’s

The hob fits into any worktop. Most types of worktop are suitable : certain plastics should, however,
be avoided as heating to above 100°C may misshape them. Take care to leave a space of 5 cm
between the back of the hob and the back of the worktop, so as to avoid burning the wall or the rear
panel, particularly if the latter is laminated.
Make certain that the seal around the outside edge of the hob is correctly installed in order to
avoid any leakage into the cabinetry below.
Very important
It is essential to install the hob on a totally flat surface. Any damage caused by incorrect fitting may
alter the characteristics or impair performance.
The dimensions of the hole must be exactly the same those indicated in the diagram.
