DISHWASHER SAFETY WARNING Tip Over Hazard Do not use dishwasher until completely installed. Do not push down on open door. Doing so can result in serious injury or cuts. You Need to: Slowly open dishwasher door while someone grasps the rear of the dishwasher. Remove shipping materials and drain hose. Close dishwasher door until latched. LOCATION REQUIREMENTS Use of air gap Do not run drain lines, water lines or electrical wiring where they can interfere with or contact dishwasher motors or legs. The dishwasher installation location must provide clearance between motors and flooring. Motors should not touch the floor. Air Gap Do not install dishwasher over carpeted flooring. Protect dishwasher and the water lines leading to dishwasher against freezing. Damage from freezing is not covered by the warranty.

DIRECT WIRE ROUTING 6. Direct Wire—route cable 7. Put the dishwasher on its back Direct wire location 4" (10.2 cm) If direct wire, route the cable 4" (10.2 cm) from the right side of the cabinet to align with channel in the bottom of the dishwasher. Tape cable to the floor in the area shown. This will help secure the cable in place when the dishwasher is moved into the cabinet opening during direct wire connection.

Attach flexible line to elbow then route hose out the bottom left channel under the dishwasher. Secure in channel with tape or wire ties. Install a UL Listed/CSA Approved metallic strain relief. Make sure screw heads are facing up when tightening conduit nut. Strain relief is provided with the power cord kit.

Replace the cover by inserting the hooks of the terminal cover into the slots in the floor of the terminal box and sliding the cover tight against the back wall where wires come in. Form bare ground wire into a U-shaped hook. Wrap ground wire hook clockwise around the ground connector screw on the raised floor inside the box and under the washer. REQUISITOS DE UBICACIÓN ■ No pase las tuberías de desagüe, de agua o el cableado eléctrico por donde puedan interferir o hacer contacto con los motores o las patas de la lavavajillas. La ubicación de instalación de la lavavajillas debe tener holgura entre los motores y el piso. Los motores no deben hacer contacto con el piso. No instale la lavavajillas sobre pisos alfombrados. Proteja la lavavajillas y las tuberías de agua que van a la lavavajillas contra el congelamiento.

Para el anclaje al mostrador: fije la lavavajillas al mostrador con dos tornillos Phillips (proporcionados). Para el anclaje lateral: taladre orificios de guía en el gabinete para no agrietar la madera.

Vérifier que tous les outils ont été utilisés. Si le lave-vaisselle ne fonctionne pas correctement, déconnecter la source de courant électrique ou débrancher le lave-vaisselle et consulter la section “Si le lave-vaisselle ne fonctionne pas”. Prévoir des durées de séchage plus longues.
