Subject to the terms set forth herein, Whirlpool Brand of Whirlpool Corporation (hereafter “Whirlpool”) guarantees your new 30"
(76.2 cm) Whirlpool Brand slide-in range (qualifying models listed below) featuring the FIT System will t your existing cutout of 30"
(76.2 cm) width, countertop depth of 24"–25" (61 cm-63.5 cm), cabinet depth of 23"–24" (58.4 cm-61 cm) and countertop height
of 36" (91.4 cm). If your countertop cutout depth is less than 24" (61 cm) and you are not satised with the t of your new Whirl-
pool brand 30" (76.2 cm) slide-in range, Whirlpool will provide up to $100 toward the cost of professionally modifying the depth
of your countertop cutout. In addition, if your countertop cutout depth is less than 24" (61 cm) and removal of your old range
reveals uneven or slightly damaged edges on the sides of your countertop cutout, Whirlpool will provide a set of two (2 – each
1/2" [1.3 cm] wide) trim pieces, which are designed to cover up to 1/2" (1.3 cm) of the side edges of your countertop cutout. The
FIT System Limited Guarantee covers replacement installations in your existing cutout and is not valid for appliance installations
related to new home construction or remodeling. In unusual circumstances, the $100 maximum countertop cutout modication
allowance may not cover the full cost of modifying your countertop cutout depth. You are solely responsible for all costs that
exceed the $100 maximum countertop cutout modication allowance. Whirlpool makes no other guarantees as to the proper t
of your new Whirlpool Brand 30" (76.2 cm) slide-in range other than as set forth herein.

DISCLAIMER OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, LIMITATION OF REMEDIES, AND EXCLUSION OF INCIDENTAL AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES:
This FIT System Limited Guarantee applies only to countertop cutout modication in replacement installations; it does not apply
to the major appliance. For product information, see the Use and Care Guide provided by the manufacturer. Your sole and
exclusive remedy under this FIT System Limited Guarantee shall be the cost of countertop cutout modication, up to a maximum
of $100. Implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability or tness for a particular purpose, are limited to one year or
the shortest period allowed by law. Whirlpool shall not be liable for any damage done to your home or property caused by you
or any third party during installation of the major appliance or countertop cutout modication. Whirlpool shall not be liable for
incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential
damages or limitations on the duration of implied warranties of merchantability or tness, so these exclusions or limitations may
not apply to you. You may have other rights which vary from state to state.
FOLLOW THESE STEPS TO SUBMIT A FIT SYSTEM LIMITED GUARANTEE CLAIM:

WITHIN 30 DAYS of the purchase or delivery date (whichever is later) and prior to countertop cutout
modication, complete the contact, model, and purchase information below and call the
FIT System Limited
Guarantee Service Center at 800-253-1301
to initiate your claim.

WITHIN 90 DAYS of the purchase or delivery date (whichever is later), mail the following documents to the
address provided by the
FIT System Limited Guarantee Service Representative:
i) this completed and signed claim form;
ii) a legible copy of your sales receipt dated between 1/1/18-12/31/19 and proof of the delivery date if you
are utilizing the delivery date to calculate the 30/90-day claim periods;
iii) a photograph of the existing appliance model that is being replaced; and
iv) a dated invoice or receipt from a professional installer or contractor stating the cost to modify your
existing countertop cutout.
Retain a copy of all documents for your records. Allow 8 weeks from the date your claim form is mailed for delivery of claim payment.

the countertop cutout modication cost as stated on the professional installer or contractor invoice up to a maximum value of $100. Not valid for
new installations related to new home construction or remodeling. LATE SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Valid only in the USA. Not valid for
bulk or multi-unit sales to apartments, condominiums, subdivisions and wholesalers. Omission of any required information will delay processing or
disqualify your request. All submitted proofs become the property of Whirlpool Corporation and cannot be returned. Whirlpool Corporation can-
not be responsible for lost, late, illegible, incomplete, damaged or misdirected submissions or postage due requests/mail. Fraudulent submissions
could result in federal prosecution under U.S. Mail Fraud Statutes (Title 18, United States Code, Sections 1341 and 1342). ALL CLAIMS SUBJECT TO
AUDIT. Whirlpool reserves the right to modify or cancel the guarantee at any time and without prior notice.
