 Door not open error Make sure to open and close the washer/dryer door
between cycles.
 Communicaon between the Appliance
Control Unit (ACU) and Motor Control Unit
(MCU) has not been detected.
Try recycling power to washer/dryer.
Verify connuity in cable between ACU (JI7) and MCU
(J3). See wiring diagram on page 3-3.
Check AC and DC supplies. See TEST #1 (ACU Power
Check) on page 3-4.
See TEST #2 Human Machine Interface on page 3-6.
 Communicaon between the Appliance
Control Unit (ACU) and Human Machine
Interface (HMI) has not been detected.
Try recycling power to washer/dryer.
Verify connuity in cable between ACU (J16) and HMI
(CN1). See wiring diagram on page 3-3.
Check AC and DC supplies. See TEST #1 (ACU Power
Check) on page 3-4.

 Unknown cycle ID error See TEST #1: ACU Power Check, pg. 3-4.
 MCU over temp error
Check for obstrucon between spin basket and outer tub.
Check harness connuity and connecons between ACU

 MCU over current error/internal failure. See TEST #3: Motor Circuit, pg. 3-7.
 Motor disconnected error Check harness connuity and connecons between ACU and
motor. See TEST #3: Motor Circuit, pg. 3-7.
 Motor over temp error Check for obstrucon between spin basket and outer tub.
Check harness connuity and connecons between ACU

 Locked rotor See TEST #3: Motor Circuit, pg. 3-7.
 Inlet valve error/ll meout See TEST #5: Inlet Valve, pg. 3-9.
 Overow Make sure drain hose and drain pump lter are not plugged.
Verify funconality of water inlet valve, water level sensor,
and drain/recirculaon pump.

 Long drain/drain meout Check drain hose installaon for proper height, check drain
