Code Description Explanation and Recommended Procedure

F9 E0 Product not wired correctly NOTE: Before starng any test, cycle power to the oven (power o, wait

10 seconds, and power on).

PROCEDURE: Before proceeding, verify the error code by entering the Diagnoscs

mode and selecng “Error Diagnoscs”.

1. Unplug the oven or disconnect power.

2. Access the electrical wiring from the house power supply to the oven.

3. Check house wiring to the product. Check to see if the neutral connecon is

switched with L1 or L2 (refer to the Installaon Instrucons for product wiring).

4. Verify correct power supply to unit L1 to L2 = 240 V, L1 to Neutral = 120 V and

L2 to Neutral = 120 V.

5. Reassemble all parts and panels before operang.

6. Plug in the oven or reconnect power.

7. Verify operaon is normal by running a cooking funcon. Enter Diagnoscs

mode, select “Error Diagnoscs”, and clear the history.
