Code Description Explanation and Recommended Procedure
F6E4 User interface/ACU
state status mismatch
NOTE: Before starng any test, cycle power to the oven (power o, wait 10 seconds, and power
on).
PROCEDURE: Before proceeding, verify the error code by entering the Diagnoscs Menu and
selecng “Error Diagnoscs”.
NOTE: If other error codes are stored, troubleshoot those other error codes rst.
1. Unplug the oven or disconnect power
2. Replace Copernicus ACU.
3. Reassemble all parts and panels before operang.
4. Plug in the oven or reconnect power.
5. Cycle power. If error persists aer the Copernicus ACU is replaced, unplug the oven or
disconnect power. Go to Step 7.
6. If the error is gone, go to Step 10.
7. Replace UI.
8. Reassemble parts and panels before operang.
9. Plug in the oven or reconnect power. Follow the steps in the “General Procedure: Cavity Size
Select” secon if the UI was replaced.
10. Verify operaon is normal. Re-enter the Diagnoscs mode and remove error code(s).

NOTE: Before starng any test, cycle power to the microwave oven (power o, wait
10 seconds, and power on).
PROCEDURE: Before proceeding, verify the error code by entering the Diagnoscs Menu and
selecng “Error Diagnoscs”.
1. Make sure the oven is plugged in. Open microwave door to check if the light comes on.
2. Check that Sabbath mode for the oven is disabled during this check. Press TOOLS and select
“More Modes”, then press “Sabbath” to turn o. Conrm the display shows “Sabbath mode
o ”.
3. Unplug the oven or disconnect power.
4. Check the connecon between HMI-Central/UI board Control Panel Assembly J1-3 (yellow)
to J1-4 (orange) and Microwave ACU P26-3 (orange) to P26-4 (yellow).
5. If harness is correct, replace the Microwave ACU.
6. Reassemble all parts and panels before operang.
7. Plug in the oven or reconnect power.
8. If the error appears again, unplug or disconnect power and replace UI.
9. Reassemble all parts and panels before operang.
10. Plug in the oven or reconnect power.
11. Verify operaon is normal. Re-enter the Diagnoscs mode and remove error code(s).
