C onsumer Warranty
T his Whistler product is warranted to the original purchaser
for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase
against all defects in ma t er ials and w or k manship , when
purchased from an author iz ed Whistler r etailer . This limited
warranty is void if the unit is abused, misused, modified,
installed improperly, or if the housing and/or serial
numbers have been removed. There are no e xpr ess
warranties covering this product other than those set forth in
this w ar r an t y . All express or implied warranties for this product
are limited to one (1) year. Whistler is not liable for damages
arising from the use, misuse, or operation of this product
including but not limited t o loss of time , inc on v enienc e , loss of use
of your product or property damage c aused b y your product or its
failure t o w ork , or an y other incidental or consequential damages
including personal injur y .

Service Under Warranty
During the warranty per iod , defective units will be repaired
or replaced (with the same or a comparable model), at
Whistler’s option, without charge to the purchaser when
returned pr epaid , with dated proof of purchase to the
address belo w . Units returned without dated proof of
purchase will be considered out of warranty and therefore
are not covered by the described Limited W ar r an t y . (Refer t o
S er vic e Out of W ar r an t y section.)
Due to the specialized equipment necessary for t esting Whistler
pr oduc ts , there are no authorized service c en t ers other than
W histler . When returning a unit for service under w ar r an t y ,
please follow these instructions:
