CEILING GUARD R SERIES 2000 - Ceiling and Ceiling/Floor - Monitored Systems PRINCIPLE OF OPERATION Each Ceiling Guard sensing tray contains small sensing contacts. The sensing contacts are parallel connected together on the underside of the sensing tray. The ends of the tray have panel-to-panel connectors which are engaged to adjacent trays during installation. If all trays in an array or zone are dry, a very high electrical resistance exists across the sensing contacts.

ACCESSORIES / OPTIONS WATER ALERT POWER SUPPLY, MODEL PS-3 DC power supply eliminates batteries in "SS" Series Water Alert detectors - ideal for large installations where accessibility to Water Alert is inconvenient or battery operation is not acceptable. Output- 9vdc FEATURES Operates up to 24 Water Alert detectors, wiring instructions furnished. Internal self-recharging battery provides back up power to system in event of line failure or power cord removal. UL Listed input transformer.
