STEP 1 Attach bottom vertical pole (B) to wooden
base (A) using hex screw (H) through large washer
(E). Tighten hex screw with provided hex wrench
(K). Repeat for other side.
STEP 2 Insert top vertical pole with push tab (C)
into top of bottom vertical pole (B). Repeat for
other side.
STEP 3 Insert elbow (F) into horizontal hanging
bar (D) aligning the hole in (F) with the hole in (D).
Use elbow screw (G) to secure. Repeat for other
end of (D).
STEP 4 Install assembled hanging bar section
from “step 3” onto the top of top vertical poles (C).
Press down until firmly seated.
STEP 5 Screw each wheel (I) and wheel with lock
(J) into the bottom corners of the wooden base (A).
Tighten with the provided wrench (L)
