STEP 5. Insert two hangers (I) into each
laundry bag (J) and hang over the horizontal
tubes (G&H).

STEP 4. Insert wheels (K&L) into the bottom
side frames (B1&B2) using wrench (P).
STEP 3. Add two top tube supports (C) using four
long hex screws (M). Insert the top male horizontal
tubes (H) into the top female horizontal tubes (G) and
install between the top tube supports (C) using four
long hex screws (M). Tighten all hex screws with hex
wrench (O).
