ADJUSTMENT PROCEDURES
This unit covers all of the printer adjustment procedures that may occur following the initial
configuration. Due to its simple maintenance-free design, there are few adjustments that will be
required.
PITCH ADJUSTMENT
The pitch setting determines the print position on the label in relation to the eye-mark reference.
The eye-mark sends a signal indicating the end of the prior label and the pitch adjustment is
based on the linear distance of feed from the time the signal was transmitted.

POWER = OFF
Connect the printer to the
host with RS232C cable.
Printer shuts down.
Send printer operation
registration command
from the host and adjust
the label pitch offset.
Adjustment
successful?
<Yes / No>
Power off and
disconnect cable.
Print a label.
