System information provides important information for deployment and ongoing support. To access the info,
tap Start > Settings > Control Panel > System Info
S/N is a
globally unique
serial no. to
identify a PDA
 Total flash memory
doesn’t count 32MB
system ROM & 20MB
Backup Disk (Actual
flash total = 128MB)
 Storage memory refers to
RAM allocated for
system cache
 Program memory refers
to RAM could be used by
applications
 32MB RAM is occupied
by system ROM and thus
32MB RAM is left for
applications & system
cache
