A metallic measuring cell is used as sensor element. The process
pressures are transmitted via separating diaphragms and lling oils to
the resistance measuring bridge (semi-conductor technology). The
dierential-pressure dependent change of the bridge voltage is
measured, further processed and converted into a corresponding
output signal.
