GenerallytherewillneverbeareasontochangeyourG3programming.However,shouldyouneedtomakeslightadjustmentstomeet
yourbrewingneeds,programminginstructionsareprovidedlaterinthismanual.
SystemRequirements:
•WaterSource20–90PSI.Musthaveaminimumowrateof½GPM(preferredowrateis1gpm).
•Electrical:Seeattachedschematicforstandardmodelorvisitwww.wilburcurtis.comforyourmodel.
Equipmenttobeinstalledtocomplywithapplicablefederal,state,orlocalplumbing/electricalcodeshavingjurisdiction.
SETUPSTEPS
Theunitshouldbelevel(lefttorightandfronttoback),locatedonasolidcountertop.Connectawaterlinefromthewaterltertothe
brewer.NOTE:Sometypeofwaterltrationdevicemustbeusedtomaintainatrouble-freeoperation.(Inareaswithextremelyhard
water,wesuggestthatasedimentaryandtaste&odorlterbeinstalled.)Thiswillprolongthelifeofyourbrewingsystemandenhance
coffeequality.
1.A3/8”NPTx1/4”Flareelbowhasbeensuppliedforwaterlineconnection.Usetubingsizedsufcientlytoprovideaminimumof
½ gallon per minute.
2.Connecttheunittoanappropriateelectricalpowercircuit.
3.Turnonthetoggle(STANDBY/ON)switchbehindtheunit.Theheatingtankwillstarttoll.Whenthewaterlevelinthetankrises
tothecorrectvolume,theheatingelementswillenergizeautomatically.WithADSSystemsthereisnodangerofelementburnout
causedbyanemptytank.
4.Theheatingtankwillrequire20to30minutestoreachoperatingtemperature(200°F)asindicatedbyREADY-TO-BREWdisplayed
ontheLED.
5.Priortobrewing,dispense12ouncesofhotwaterthroughthehotwaterfaucet.
6. Brewacycleofatleast12ounces,topurgethewaterlinesofanyairthatmaybetrappedafterlling.

1.BrewershouldbeON(Conrmatreartoggleswitch,thenpressON/OFFbutton).Ready-to-Brewshouldbedisplayed.
2.Placeemptydecanter(notincludedwithAlphabrewer)onwarmerplate.
