Wilton Gingerbread Townhouse Kit
The gingerbread designs of this townhouse kit take your decorating to new

GINGERBREAD TOWNHOUSE #1:
Make front door. Use white icing to fill in door. Pat smooth. Attach candy for
doorknob, door window and above door.
Make all windows. Roll out fondant

in. thick. Cut two windows for front
1 x 1 ½ in. and two for the sides 2 ¼ x 2 ½ in. Attach to house. Use white icing to
outline windows and windowpanes. Attach candy under windows.
Decorate house front. Use white icing to ice area under roof peak smooth; create
a scalloped edge at the bottom. Use white icing to pipe scallops. Attach candy.
Outline house. Use white icing to pipe zigzags at corners of house.
Decorate roof. Use spatula and white icing to ice roof smooth. Attach candy.
Use white icing to pipe zigzags on roof peak and eaves. Work one section at a time.
Attach candy.
Decorate base. Use spatula and icing to ice base. Attach candy for pathway.
GINGERBREAD TOWNHOUSE #2:
Make front door. Use white icing to fill in door. Pat smooth. Roll out fondant

thick and cut door window ¾ in. square. Attach to door. Use white icing to outline
door and door window in alternating size dots. Attach candy for doorknob.
Make all windows. Roll out fondant

in. thick and cut four 1 x 1 ¾ in. windows. Cut
circle using wide end of decorating tip. Attach all windows. Use white icing to three
rows of alternating size dots above side windows; sized small, large and small.
Decorate house front. 4 in. from bottom of front of house use white icing and pipe a
line of large dots. Add dots above and below, then another row of smaller dots above
and below, for a total of 5 rows. Attach candy
Decorate roof. Divide roof into four even sections front to back and five sections
top to bottom. Place one row of candy near top. Pipe zigzag scallops under each
candy disc. At the tops of the scallop, attach candy. Repeat for a total of 5 rows on
each side. Pipe line of icing on roof peak. Attach candy. Pipe icicles on eaves.
Decorate base. Use spatula and icing to ice base. Attach candy for pathway.
