Start TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE FOR MODELS MV3500T/3535T This troubleshooting guide assumes the user’s familiarity with the MV3500T satellite TV antenna and any receiver set-up requirements. For any questions please refer to Pages 3-4 in the MV3500T Operation manual and Pages 5-8 in the MV3500T Installation Manual. Including: Checking for LNBF Voltage, Proper Dip Switch Settings, Checking for an Unobstructed Sky and Verifying that the unit is Level.

Does the unit lock on the signal? No Yes Do you lose the signal when you start moving? No Yes Does the unit reaquire the signal shortly after losing it? Yes No Does the unit only lock onto a signal while the coach is moving? No Yes Does the unit toggle to the secondary satellite as needed? Yes No Is the Gyro board connected? Yes No Replace the Gyro board. The unit must travel in a straight line for 10 seconds or more than 10 MPH to keep a signal when you first start moving.
