Using Smart Card Reader
This chapter explains how to use Smart Card Reader. Notice that Smart Card Reader is an optional feature
for E500RM8 PDA and may not be present in your device.
Location
Smart Card Reader is located on the bottom side of the E500RM8.
How to Use Smart Card Reader
1. Enter Settingsmenu, and enter select “Accessibility”, and then uncheck “Connect to PC”.
2. Launch the SmartCardAP”, select List Reader, and then press open.
If can’t find the reader information, please go back toStep1 then check and uncheck “Connect to PC” again.
