The EMS function of RS-18 delivers electric impulses to the motor neuros in muscle fibers to
achieve muscle training that include but are not limited to the purposed as followed.
- Muscle strength
- Endurance
- Range of motions
- Relaxation
- Re-education
Contraindications
Contraindications for electrotherapy of TENS and EMS include but are not limited to
- Use over or in the area of a cancerous lesion,
- Use over or in the area of inflamed, erupted, broken, swollen, or infected skin,
- Use with patients who have cardiac pacemakers or other implanted electronics, metal
objects,
- Pregnant suspected pregnancy women.
- Not for pain from central origin, including headache.
Please consult with your healthcare provider before use if you have following condition
- Pregnant or suspected pregnancy women.
- Potential of hemorrhage following with acute trauma or fracture.
- Had recently conducted surgeries where frequent muscle contraction may interrupt the
process of healing.
- Paralyzed users or patients who are unable to utilize button of device
- Hypertension (stages 2 and above), heart and circulatory illnesses
